Our studio has designed multiple CAMPS and WORKSHOPS to fit students’ interests and skills. Please see below for age recommendations and a short summary of classes. Art materials are included except for Character Digital Arts and Advanced Oil Painting Workshop.

Summer Camps
Four days of art camps where you learn various art techniques in each lesson. Each session covers different projects. All Summer Camps are offered every session. Join as many sessions as your heart desires!
Camps are held from Monday to Thursday and are adjusted to each student’s level and art experience.

Drawing and Painting
Draw and paint with graphite, charcoal, watercolor, and acrylic. Themes include: objects from the beach, animals, food, sunsets… and lots more!

Clay and Crafts
Sculpting animal mugs and bowls. Crafting project by using printmaking, collages and more!

Character Digital Arts
Different projects offered in different sessions. Pick a Project with your Session:
Session 1:
Character Design (Beginner): Learn the basic principles of character design and make your first original human character
Character Design (Advanced): Go further with character design and make more unique, non-human characters
Session 2:
Animation: Learn how to create a video of animation to understand and practice motion
Digital Painting: Learn fundamentals of digital painting (still life, portrait, etc)
Materials: Student must bring charged iPad, pen, and download Procreate
Time: 12:40 pm – 2:10 pm

Portrait Drawing
Students explore multiple projects in this course. Projects are completed at your own pace. Most students complete 2-3 projects. Projects are as follows:
● Study of the proportions of the face (eyes, nose, mouth, etc.)
● Half side of portrait
● Learning the grid method
● Studying different angles of the face
● Facial Expressions
● A portrait or Self -Portrait with full scale of value

Portrait Painting
Watercolor and acrylics to paint in a traditional, pop art, and contemporary style of portrait.

Summer Workshops

(n) an assembled group of people who meet together to improve their skills in a subject through intensive study, research, practice, and discussion
Workshops are held from Monday to Thursday, for a total classme of 8 hours, and are adjusted to each
student’s level and art experience. Each workshop is $320.

Oil Painting Workshop
Workshops: June 23 – 26, July 14 – 17
Ages: 11 – 18

Level 1:
Learn about Analogue color, Blending Techniques, and Monochromatic painting
Materials: Materials included; Recommend to bring brushes
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Level 2:
Learn about mixing color, full color palette, layering techniques, and Alla prima.
Project: beach, still life, or mountain view – one project per workshop

Level 3 :
Learn to paint different textures. Project: animal painting
Materials: Students MUST bring their own brushes
Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Advanced:
Learn and pracce painng exercises for skin color.
Final Project: Hands or Portrait – one project per workshop.

Figure Drawing Workshop
Workshop: July 21 – 24
Ages: 15 – 18

Students will study proporon of figure, short med gesture drawing to hour
long deep, shaded value drawing of the human figure.
